Moving a line from one plant to another, or one state to another, is its own discipline. How a Relocation Runs
1. Walk both ends
The plant the equipment is leaving and the plant it is going to: door widths, aisle turns, floor loads and utilities on both sides, before anybody touches a wrench.
2. Decommission and tag
Power down, disconnect and document. Every connection is photographed and labeled, so the far end is a reassembly, not a puzzle.
3. Job plan, rigging and permits
We coordinate rigging and the permits the move needs, and sequence the disassembly to match how it goes back together.
4. Transport
Loaded, secured and moved, plant to plant or state to state.
5. Re-install and commission
Set, level, anchor, reconnect and commission against the agreed operating requirements. Any repair work found during the move is documented.
