Fabrication and Installation Projects
From the first cut to work on the line: THG’s tube laser, sheet laser, welding and fabrication in the Greenville, Texas shop, and the field crew’s installations, rebuilds and service work in customers’ plants.
Tube laser
The TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 7000 cuts length, copes, holes and weld prep into tube and profile in one operation.
Sheet laser
The TRUMPF TruLaser 1040 cuts sheet and plate up to 72 x 144 in, loaded and unloaded by a TRUMPF LiftMaster Compact.
Welding and fabrication
Frames, troughs and assemblies, cut, formed and welded in the same building.
Equipment and components
Conveyors, pan cleaners, racks and parts built in the THG shop.
Installations
The field crew setting, assembling and commissioning production lines in customers’ plants. Installation is quoted as its own service.
Rebuilds and service
Oven rebuilds, drive and conveyor service, and site assessments.
Production lines
The same shop builds complete production lines. For Rich Products, THG supplied a complete baking system built around a 100 ft tunnel oven, with an overhead proofing system, conveyors and support equipment.
