The Henry Group (THG) has repaired, rebuilt and upgraded industrial bakery ovens since 1976, along with proofers and coolers: tunnel and tray ovens, continuous, templex, tray and manual proofers, and racetrack and in-pan coolers, from THG and many other manufacturers. A rebuild comes as a turnkey package of chain, parts and labor, with replacement parts made in THG’s Greenville, Texas shop.
