The Henry Group Privacy Policy

Introduction

This policy explains what The Henry Group, Inc. (“THG,” “we” or “us”) collects through www.thehenrygroup.com, how we use it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. Last updated October 9, 2026.

Information You Send Us

When you use a form on this website (a quote, parts or service request, a contact message, a careers introduction or a prequalification request), we receive what you enter:

  • Your name, email address, company, phone number and location
  • Your message and the request details you choose to add, such as equipment, materials, quantities, dates or the documents you need
  • Files you attach to a quote or parts and service request, such as drawings, CAD files and photos

We also receive the page you sent the form from and the time you sent it. If you email or call us directly, we receive what you send or tell us.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Analytics. The live website uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager. It uses cookies to measure which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, the type of device and browser, approximate location (as Google reports it from your IP address), page performance measurements and when a form is sent (the type of form, not what you wrote).
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, to run and secure the website.
  • Spam protection. The forms use a hidden field to filter automated submissions, and our server briefly uses a one-way hash of your IP address to limit repeated submissions. That hash is not stored.

How We Use Information

  • To answer your inquiry, prepare a quote, and plan and carry out the work you ask for
  • To follow up with you about your request
  • To consider you for a position, if you introduce yourself through the careers form
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it
  • To keep the website and our forms secure and free of spam
  • To meet legal and record-keeping obligations

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with others for their own marketing.

Who Helps Us

A few service providers handle information for us, only to provide their services to THG:

  • Netlify hosts the website and runs the form handler
  • Resend delivers form submissions, with any attached files, to our team and sends your confirmation email
  • Google provides Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Our business email and file systems store the requests we receive

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights, property or safety of THG, our customers or others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Cookies and Your Choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website still works without them. To stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits on any website, you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The website’s forms don’t sign you up for marketing email; if you ever receive a promotional email from us, you can unsubscribe from it or ask us to stop.

How Long We Keep Information

Form submissions and attached files reach us by email. We keep them for as long as we need them to respond, do the work and meet our record-keeping obligations, and we delete them on request when we aren’t required to keep them. Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and the forms check what they receive before it is delivered. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please don’t send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive personal information through the forms. If a drawing is under a nondisclosure agreement, tell us in your message and we’ll arrange how to receive it.

Links to Other Websites

The website links to other sites, such as YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Maps, roadrunnerbridge.com and yswecut.com. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Children

The website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Your Requests

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@thehenrygroup.com or call 800-356-7591. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights, and we will respond to requests as those laws require.

Changes to This Policy

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
