Equipment Repairs and Parts
When something is down, you need the part and the know-how to put it in. THG diagnoses the cause, pulls the part from stock or makes it in our Greenville, Texas shop, and installs it in the field or ships it for your crew. For bakery ovens and equipment, see oven rebuilds, upgrades and repairs and bakery replacement parts.

How a Repair Runs
1. Call with the symptom
What it is doing, when it started and what changed. Half of the diagnosis happens on that call.
2. Find the root cause
Remotely if we can, on site if we have to. An hour finding the cause beats a day replacing the wrong part.
3. Pull the part or make it
Common parts ship from stock the same week. Obsolete and legacy parts are made in our own shop.
4. Install it in the field
A field crew tech puts it in, or we ship it with what your millwright needs to do it.
5. Verify it is back in spec
The job is not the part going in. The job is the line running the way it is supposed to run.

Bakery Equipment
For bakery ovens, proofers and coolers, THG’s bakery service team handles oven rebuilds, upgrades and repairs and supplies bakery oven and equipment replacement parts for THG and many other manufacturers.
Why THG
A manufacturer that also services
THG makes, stocks and stands behind the parts in its catalog.
Parts nobody makes anymore
When the part you need has not been made in twenty years, somebody has to make it. THG’s shop has done that since it opened.
The part is not the point
We diagnose first. Anybody can sell you an ignitor; we would rather tell you why the last one failed.

Common questions
How fast can a part ship?
Anything in our stocked catalog ships the same week. Fabricated and legacy parts depend on what has to be made, and we tell you the honest number when you call.
Do you carry parts for equipment you did not build?
Our stocked catalog is our own. For other manufacturers’ equipment we either source the part or make it in our shop, which is where legacy and obsolete equipment gets handled.
Can your techs install the part, or do I need my own crew?
Either. A THG field tech can install it on site, or we ship it and your millwright puts it in.
Can you repair rather than replace?
Often, yes. That is why we diagnose before we quote.
Where are bakery oven parts?
On the bakery oven and equipment replacement parts page, which also has a parts request form.
