Bakery Unit Cleaning Equipment

The Henry Group provides bakery cleaning equipment such as bakery peel boards and plan cleaners. We want to ensure that you have everything you need to accommodate your bakery and create efficiency in your production. Keeping the baking area clean is not only required in the food industry but integral for providing the best products for your customers. 

Peel Board Cleaners were developed due to customer requests and were patterned after our successful line of pan cleaners.  Engineering modifications were made to accommodate the unique needs of conveying and cleaning peel boards. However, years of research and development and production experience on pan cleaning and lessons learned have been applied to our Peel Board Cleaners for automated hearth baking lines.

Pan Cleaners at THG were initially created based on customer requests many years ago. We now have a fully evolved model lineup to meet the needs of most every Bread and Bun application. We have continually made enhancements to our bakery cleaning equipment and have applied many lessons learned from live plant production. Our units are supplied with a magnetic conveyor, brushing cabinet, air knife, and vacuum system with a waste hopper. Systems are sized according to the specific needs.

Vacuum Depanners are designed for the demanding applications of Bread, Bun, and Croissant depanning needs. Our cantilevered depanning heads are paired with existing or new metering belts and take away conveyors. Air manifolds are supplied to loosen the product prior.
