Tray Coolers mechanically are similar to the THG Tray Proofer and can be designed for conditioned or ambient cooling environments. The Tray Cooler can easily accommodate changes in pan sizes. Tray Coolers are designed as an integral part of a fully automated line. They also benefit from the ability to utilize space efficiently. The design variations allow the Tray Cooler to be built over the top of existing equipment such as ovens or to be fully floor mounted. Tray Coolers can be located on a different floor of the bakery and discharge and load on another floor. The tray circuit is a flexible design and lends itself to difficult space configurations when other coolers may not be an option.
