We design Oven, Proofer and Cooler Loaders and Unloaders that are versatile in their design and sizing, they can be used anywhere you need them in your process.
Reliable transfers of grouped and organized product, pans, and product filled pans will increase your layout options.
Our solutions work for just about every product you can bake. Whether you are loading and unloading bread, bun, sheet, or specialty pans directly into or from Traveling Tray and Tunnel Ovens or any related unit.

Loaders
Traveling Tray Loader and Tunnel Oven Loader

This loader design features a side feed conveyor, powered infeed roller conveyor, an overhead pusher bar with home and dwell positions , an optional pivoting load on deck when used on pivoting tray ovens, powered transfer rollers and a discharge conveyor.
We can design many different layouts of this basic design to suit your exact layout needs.

Overhead Wing Loader

This variant of our Loader design includes a reciprocating overhead wing with a wire mesh belt to pick product off of peel boards and place the product directly on the oven hearth or a loading belt.

Unloaders
Pan Unloaders

These are usually designed as mesh belt or powered roller conveyors. They feed powered tilting roller conveyors which then convey pans from the oven hearth to a powered discharge conveyor. The automatic retraction of the unit leaves the pans on the conveyor for discharge from the oven hearth.

Combination Unloaders

Our wide range of hybrid designs offer versatility which allows you to unload hearth baked products or panned products directly from the unit they are serving to downstream equipment. Units are available with flexible dual discharge product conveyor systems to facilitate faster post bake processing, or flexible, simplified changeovers which are typically utilized in plants that produce a wide variety of products.

We also manufacturer specialty loaders for highly customized layout solutions (some of which are only produced by a few other manufacturers, who don't provide all the other equipment solutions we offer.)
