Bread Bagging at High Speed
We manufacture and rebuild bread baggers that are efficient,
dependable and reliable. Our new units operate at rates that will meet or exceed
production rates at any bakery, and all of our rebuilds exceed a 70 bag per
minute rate. Our newly manufactured baggers are fully automated with
PLC machine control and a touchscreen interface to
control of all functions , and display information
on the current and historical production rates of the unit.
Rebuilt Baggers may be automated with a new control system, have
existing controls refurbished, or a mixture of the two.
Baggers are typically interlocked to upstream and downstream
equipment to insure safe operation and prevent packaging waste.
Their design accommodates the easy integration of a bag closing
unit, giving you the flexibility to use your preferred method
of closure.
THG 2000 Original Equipment Bread Baggers
Experience gained in decades of rebuilding Baggers compelled us to design a bagger that would be the best available, we think that you'll agree that our 2000 Series of baggers are the most well designed, reliable and easy to use designs available. Of course, it has all the best features that we retrofit into our rebuilt baggers and it operates at speeds of 40 -75 bags per minute. Then we add features like Stainless Steel Frames, Integrated 6" Stainless Infeed Conveyors and discharge systems and operator controls to make our units easy to use, easy to changeover and easy to maintain.

We specialize in rebuilding existing baggers. If you have an existing bagger core, explore the possibilities of refurbishing your unit instead of buying new.
